Seating Policy*
- I understand the Stadium restricts where parents can sit. With that said your team/children may play on the far side of the stadium.
COVID Policy*
- I agree with the COVID Policy: I understand I am responsible for my parent's social distancing. FFF is abiding by the most recent regulations of the State of Ohio and local officials. Furthermore, guidelines are subject to change pending local government and local officials.
Schedule Policy*
- I understand scheduling requests will not be accepted. Furthermore, the final schedule will be released no later than the night of Tuesday - October 17th
Falsifying Information / Combining of Teams Policy*
- The integrity and quality of this event depend on the information you provide us. Only Non FFF Registrations are permitted to Combine/Change their roster. Should you provide false information or add a child to your roster you will be bumped from the event with NO REFUND!
Weather / Refund Policy*
- I accept the Weather / Refund Policy: Adverse weather and unplayable conditions may result in the following: (a) Games may be delayed or the game clock may be reduced (b) In the unfortunate likelihood that the tournament is canceled due to weather, COVID or any unforeseen circumstances, TEAMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Venue Policy*
- I accept the Venue Policy: I understand Sunflower Seeds, Gum, and Lawn Chairs are not permitted on the turf. Off Site Venue is subject to Change

- I agree to the Player ID Policy: I understand FFF will require every child on my team to have a Birth Certificate or Report Card in order to participate.
Coach Policy*
- I agree with the Coach Policy: Head Coaches must bring a photo ID. All coaches must check in upon arrival. Coaches must wear BLACK Coach Shirts as the outer most layer.
Capacity Policy*
- I understand the Capacity Policy: In the rare event that we reach capacity, Non FFF teams will be bumped and refunded minus the processing + shipping fee.
