Coaches / Updates

–What Time Does My Team Play? (some teams play twice) Saturday, 4/6 + Sunday, 4/7
–Where is my field located? Field Diagram at OSU
-Please have teams arrive as early as possible. There may be opportunity for your team to play more than 1 game (pending attendance)
-Please gather your teams prior to leaving the stadium as we have a “Surprise” in the tunnel for all of our participants
-No area for practice inside venue. There may be limited green space south of stadium to practice prior to your game.
-1 Direction Fields (Fields are roughly 7 yards shorter in length, same size in width) PreK Field Diagram, K-8th Field Diagram
-(2) 12 minute halves – No Substitutions throughout half (ensures every child plays at least 1/2 the game)
-Rule Videos (Especially GC + Olentangy Coaches): PreK Game Format, Mini Game Format, Jr Game Format and SR + Varsity Game Format
-Parents and Spectators will be permitted to enter the Bowl Area of Venue (could change pending OSU discretion). Only Coaches and Players are permitted on Turf

**Coaches if your team doesn’t plan to attend Please Please Please OPT OUT. We are doing our best to ensure every team plays a game in this world class venue**

Parking + Gate Entrance – OSU has moved us to EAST SIDE GATE #32 due to restroom availability

Details

-Tailgating is permitted. Please clean up your area before leaving.
-Players + Coaches (with Red Coach Shirt): Enter Free of Charge
-Spectators: $10/Adult and $5/Child
-Games will consist of (2) 12-min halves (no substitutions throughout half)
-No Overtime if game is tied

We are welcoming all interested vendors to apply for a space at the Spring Scramble. Spaces are limited and will be given on a first come, first serve basis. OSU is not permitting food trucks for this event, however, local vendors can apply below to pass out information / material.

Concessions

Concessions will be open inside the stadium throughout the event. Outside food is not permitted in the stadium. Only bottle water is allowed inside venue.
