Season Info
Season Operations Flag Football Fanatics season will run over 8 weeks that will include 7 games. Practices are held prior to the game on game day, any practice outside of game day is optional.
Game Dates Games will be played on Sundays (exception: Playoff weekend there’s a chance your team will play on Saturday and/or Sunday). *Dates could change pending NFL COVID Policies*. See Table Below.
Divisions of Play for Coed: Micro Coach QB: Prek/K, Mini: 1st/2nd, JR: 3rd/4th, SR: 5th/6th, Varsity: 7th/8th *Divisions may vary pending enrollment*
New For Spring 2024 GIRLS LEAGUE – Flag Football Fanatics is offering our traditional coed leagues –and– All Girls League. The Girls League will consist of girls in grades 3rd – 12th. Based on Enrollment the following will apply:
A) Divisions are subject to change*
B) If we do not have enough enrollment you will have an option of 100% refund** –or– transfer to our traditional Coed League
C) Your child’s team could potentially play at any location with your region of choice*** If we consolidate or combine cities, we will make every attempt to limit travel.
*Divisions of Play: 3rd/4th, 5th/6th, 7th/8th, 9th/10th, 11th/12th
**In order to receive a full refund, all unopened merchandise must be returned.
***Regions of Play: Columbus, Cincinnati, N. Kentucky, Cleveland and Dayton. Example: If your girl is registered for Girls League in Columbus – Hilliard, your child’s team could play in any of our Columbus Region Cities. See Example of Regions

Equipment Delivery All items except the jersey – and Swag Pack if ordered will be shipped to the address provided during registration. Items that will be shipped. If the address provided is inaccurate you will be charged a fee ($45) to ship additional items. Make sure you provide an accurate USPS address. The jersey will be provided to the coach at Meet + Greet.
Team Code Registration
A) Teammate / Coach Requests are Guaranteed in Team Code Registration
B) These players will be placed on teams based on the team code provided by their HEAD Coach
C) Team Code Registrations are typically more competitive and they typically travel within their region
D) No more than 10 requests per team
Individual / Traditional Registration
A) Teammate / Coach Requests are considered, Not Guaranteed in Individual / Traditional Registration
B) These players will be placed on teams based on their school, grade level, living proximity and coach/teammate requests.
C) No more than 10 requests per team
Typical Game Times Sunday afternoon Leagues: 1p – 5p, Sunday NIGHT Leagues: 4p – 8p
Champions for Charity @ Ohio Stadium This tournament is a separate event with a separate fee. Registration for this event is on a team basis. Each team will be guaranteed a total of 3 games, one of which will be played inside Ohio Stadium/The Shoe. * Traditionally, this event has been played at Ohio Stadium. This event will take place on June 1st and 2nd, 2024 (dates and venue subject to change pending stadium availability due to concert/event schedules and OSU COVID Policies.*

3 Different Swag Pack Options. Order custom swag that matches your team’s colors/design (three swag pack examples). These items will be available at your location of play on Game 1. These items will not be shipped with your initial equipment package.

*Playoffs could be played either Saturday OR Sunday (Pending location availability) — Gate fee of $5 for all spectators (Players and Coaches enter Free). Games are potentially played outside of traditional times and venues.

Please Note:
A) *Season Dates, Policies, and Location of Play may be adjusted based on the COVID-19 situation (including postponement to a future season)
B) **Weather Make-Up: We will make every attempt to make up games not played due to weather. This includes: playing doubleheaders and playing games outside of traditional time slots or traditional days. Micro Games will not be rescheduled. If games are not played in full we’ll issue a credit toward future seasons.
