Season Operations Flag Football Fanatics season will run over 8 weeks that will include 7 games. Practices are held prior to the game on game day, any practice outside of game day is optional.
Game Dates Games will be played on Sundays (exception: Playoff weekend there’s a chance your team will play on Saturday and/or Sunday). *Dates could change pending NFL COVID Policies*. See Table Below.

Equipment Delivery All items except the jersey will be shipped to the address provided during registration. Items that will be shipped. If the address provided is inaccurate you will be charged a fee ($45) to ship additional items. Make sure you provide an accurate USPS address. The jersey will be provided to the coach at Meet + Greet.
Team Code Registration Head Coaches that would like to choose their roster. Head Coaches must register their child first and supply team code to desired children. Travel is expected within your region. Team Code Registrations is typically for more experienced / competitive teams.
Individual / Traditional Registration Players will be allocated to teams based on the following: Grade Level, Teammate or Coach Request, living proximity and school. *Requests Are Considered, Not Guaranteed*
Game Times Games will be played between 1pm – 5pm (Exception: Night Leagues will have start times between 5pm- 8pm). Practices are held on game day 1 hour before listed game time.
Turkey Bowl @ Paul Brown Stadium This tournament is a separate event with a separate fee. Registration for this event is on a team basis. Each team will be guaranteed a total of 3 games, one of which will be played inside Paul Brown Stadium. *Dates or Venue could change pending NFL COVID Policies*

Swag Pack ($45) Order custom swag that matches your team’s colors/design (three different team/design examples). These items will be available at your location of play on Game 1. These items will not be shipped with your initial equipment package.
*Playoffs could be played on Saturday, 10/23 or Sunday, 10/24. Gate fee of $5 for all spectators (Players and Coaches enter Free). Games are potentially played outside of traditional times and venue.
**The Turkey Bowl Tournament is a separate event with separate fees and team registration is first come, first serve. In other words, participation in league play does not automatically register your team for this separate tournament.

A) Season Dates, Policies and Location of Play may be adjusted based on COVID-19 situation (including postponement to a future season.
B) **Weather Make Up: We will make every attempt to make up games not played due to weather. This includes: playing double headers, playing games outside of traditional time slots or traditional days. Micro Games will not be rescheduled. If games are not played in full we’ll issue a credit toward future seasons.
