– All children must have report / grade card issued by school –or– copy of birth certificate Printed. Coaches please assemble in alphabetical order according to last name prior to Team Check in
– Gate Entry $10/adult $5/non-playing children (2 Coaches per team + participants enter FREE with player wristband)
